The Rossford Public Library maintains a meeting room facility of which the primary purpose is the promotion of library services through programs, meetings and other library activities presented by library staff, the Friends of the Library, or other organizations affiliated with the library.
When the meeting room is not being used for a library activity, the space will be available to the public for educational, instructional or informational programs or meetings on a first come, first served basis.
Access will be provided on equal terms, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting use. The library does not advocate or endorse the viewpoints of any group or individual.
To reserve the meeting room, the responsible party must hold a Woodlink library card in good standing and first complete a meeting room request form. The form can be obtained at the reference desk or downloaded below. All meetings must be open to the public. A complete policy regarding meeting room use is available below. Please review this policy prior to booking the room to ensure that the event meets guidelines for use. Please fill out the form legibly and completely, print, sign and return it to the reference desk. (You may call the library to check the availablilty of the room on the date requested and upon confirmation of availablity, a copy of the meeting room reqeust form may be faxed to (419) 666-1989). A meeting room use form must be on file before the room may be used.
